These terms apply to text messages from STR Exchange LLC ("STR Exchange", "we", "us").
STR Exchange sends text messages about properties you asked about, new deals, your requests and your account, and replies to your questions.
You join by texting a keyword (for example, DEALS) to (984) 224-7229 or another STR Exchange number, by checking the text message box on one of our forms, or by texting us first.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no further texts. Reply START to join again.

Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
