Depending on your location and the market, this can take anywhere from a week to a month.
What's included in the monthly subscription?
The monthly subscription grants you access to exclusive STR-approved listings updated weekly, resources to help you understand local STR regulations, and ongoing support from our team throughout the process.
What's the Broker Fee?
The Broker Fee is due at the time of lease signing. Once you've selected a property and successfully signed the lease with the landlord or property manager, the fee must be paid to finalize the process. This ensures you only pay once a deal is officially closed.
Do you offer Bulk discounts?
Bulk deals allow you to secure multiple properties at once, making scaling more efficient and cost-effective. We work with you to identify and source properties based on your requirements and handle the entire process from start to finish. Our Broker Fee for bulk deals is structured to reward volume, meaning the more units you secure at once, the greater the discount. Pricing scales accordingly, ensuring full transparency and better savings as you expand your portfolio.
What do we use to determine profitability for each property?
We use data from AirDNA, Mashvisor, Awning, Airbnb comparables, and real operator earnings, with estimates that may fluctuate based on seasonality and market trends.
